This policy explains how Camp Wayfinder handles preview account information, organization details, feedback, and synthetic product data while the platform is in functional preview.
Legal handoff
Camp Wayfinder is not yet a live production service. Do not enter real camper records, health information, payment details, legal documents, or other sensitive customer data in the preview.
When you create a preview account, register an organization, contact us, or submit feedback, Camp Wayfinder may handle the information you provide, such as your name, work email, organization details, support messages, and product feedback.
We use preview information to operate the product, authenticate access, understand how camp workflows are being evaluated, respond to support requests, improve the platform, and maintain the safety and reliability of the preview.
The preview may include PHI-shaped or camper-shaped examples, but those examples must stay synthetic. Do not submit real health records, medication details, camper files, payment information, signed waivers, or other regulated or sensitive records.
We may use service providers for hosting, identity, email, diagnostics, support, and other preview operations. We limit provider access to what is needed to run and improve the preview.
We keep preview information only as long as needed to operate the preview, respond to requests, preserve safety and audit records, and evaluate the product before release. You can contact us to request removal of preview account information.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards for the preview, but no preview system should be used as the source of truth for camp operations or sensitive records. Use the contact form for privacy questions.
