Camp Wayfinder may offer preview access so camp teams can explore workflows, share feedback, and help shape the product. We may change, limit, suspend, or end preview access as the platform evolves.

These terms apply to your use of the Camp Wayfinder public website and functional preview before the platform is generally released.
Legal handoff
Functional preview
The preview is provided for evaluation and feedback. It must not be used to run real camp operations, collect real camper information, process payments, or manage health or legal records.
Account responsibilities
You are responsible for using accurate account information, keeping credentials secure, and making sure anyone you invite to the preview understands that it is not a production camp-management system.
Acceptable use
Do not upload real camper records, health information, payment data, legal documents, or content you do not have the right to use. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, disrupt the service, or use the preview for unlawful activity.
Preview content and feedback
You keep any rights you have in content you provide. You allow Camp Wayfinder to use preview content and feedback to operate, troubleshoot, evaluate, and improve the product before release.
Payments
Preview access is free and does not require a credit card. Paid plans, parent payment workflows, refunds, and billing terms will be presented separately before any payment obligation begins.
